We do both. We provide independent racking inspections and also supply high-quality pallet racking systems, accessories, and assist with installation through trusted partners. 

Under AS 4084-2023, racking must be inspected by a qualified person at least once every 12 months. Additional inspections are recommended after impacts or layout changes. 

Our inspections include a full compliance check, damage grading, photographic evidence, load signage review, and a written report outlining repair or improvement recommendations. 

You should be able to find the information on your Safe Work Load Signs at the ends of your pallet racks. If no signs or information available, it is due for an audit.

We coordinate repairs through our qualified technicians in accordance with the audit report and AS 4084.

Absolutely. We offer expert warehouse design consultations, including layout optimisation, traffic flow, and storage system planning. 

We assess the severity of the damage, provide a risk rating, and can coordinate certified repairs to restore compliance. 

Yes. We can set up preventative maintenance schedules and routine inspections to help extend the life of your racking and avoid costly downtime. 

We aim to respond to all requests within 1 business day. Inspection bookings can usually be arranged within a week. Product delivery times depend on stock and location — we'll provide a lead time with your quote.
